Balanced Rock from NF322, West access from Rampart Range Road or East Access through Red Rock Ranch Drive in Palmer Lake off of Hwy 105. Go through the suburb and on the opposite side you will see a sign for Pikes Peak National Forest Access. Go up and make sure you have 4WD.
