I understand that any content I submit to 360trailguide may be used or edited in a manner deemed ethically appropriate on this site and that it may be used for marketing material intent on driving traffic to 360trailguide. I understand that I still maintain the exclusive rights to the video, maps and photographs I submit.

I also agree to the terms that my membership, trail pages, comments, photos, video or any other content I have contributed can be cancelled or removed at any time. The site administrator agrees to give fair warning before taking such measures and will contact anyone violating conditions and terms beforehand.

I agree to not submit anything considered distasteful, copyrighted, unrelated or harmful to this sites integrity. I understand that I may not reuse any other material on this site without the written permission of the site administator.

I also understand that many outdoor activities are dangerous. I will not attempt to hold anyone affiliated with this site responsible for any injuries I may sustain participating in any of the outdoor activities that this site promotes or provides information about.
